The Role: We’re looking for a confident Room Leader to take charge in one of our partner Nurseries busy toddler room. You’ll oversee planning and daily activities, lead and motivate your team, and ensure children receive the best care and education possible.
About the Nursery: The Nursery provides exceptional early education within a fun, nurturing environment. They value creativity, teamwork, and a child-centred approach to learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire your room team to deliver outstanding childcare.
- Oversee planning and assessment in line with EYFS.

Requirements:
- Level 3 or higher Early Years qualification.
