I'm currently working with a Secondary Academy in Strood who are looking for an Attendance Improvement Co-ordinator to provide temporary maternity cover within their team. This is a key role within the academy, working closely with pupils, families, pastoral and safeguarding teams and external agencies to improve attendance, punctuality and engagement.
