Multiple roles are available across our primary and secondary SEN provisions. Prior personal or professional experience with special needs is desirable but not essential for the role.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide support to students with additional needs in both primary and secondary settings.
- Build strong rapport with students to enhance their confidence and motivation.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages resilience and growth.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to implement effective strategies for student success.
Key requirements:
- Level 1,2,3 in childcare or Teaching Assistant qualifications.
- Must possess a sense of humour, initiative, and a pro-active approach to the role.
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities.
