Multiple roles are available across our primary and secondary SEN provisions. Prior personal or professional experience with special needs is desirable but not essential for the role.

Key responsibilities:

Provide support to students with additional needs in both primary and secondary settings.

Build strong rapport with students to enhance their confidence and motivation.

Collaborate with teaching staff to implement effective strategies for student success.

Key requirements:

Level 1,2,3 in childcare or Teaching Assistant qualifications.

Must possess a sense of humour, initiative, and a pro-active approach to the role.

Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities.

Genuine passion for working with students with additional needs.

Ability to inspire students to overcome challenges and embrace learning.
