The Role
As a Class Teacher, you will create a positive and engaging learning environment where every pupil can thrive. You will deliver high-quality lessons, inspire a love of learning, and support pupils to achieve their full potential while working collaboratively with colleagues and support staff.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
- Creating a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.
- Assessing, monitoring, and supporting pupil progress.
- Adapting teaching to meet the needs of all learners.
- Working collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, colleagues, and parents to support pupil development.
- Contributing positively to the wider school community.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for teachers who:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or are due to achieve QTS before September.
- Have experience teaching in EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
- Demonstrate strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Are committed to delivering engaging, high-quality teaching.
- Have a positive, proactive, and professional approach to education.
