Simply Education are currently recruiting Nursery Staff and Childcare Practitioners to work across nurseries and early years settings in Lincoln and the surrounding villages. We have a range of flexible opportunities available, making this role ideal for those seeking regular work, long-term placements, or part-time hours to fit around other commitments.
The Role:
- Supporting children aged 0-5 in line with the EYFS framework
- Assisting with daily routines, activities, and play-based learning
- Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
- Supporting children's personal, social, and emotional development
- Working as part of a supportive early years team
The Ideal Candidate:
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (desirable but not essential)
- Previous experience in a nursery or childcare setting
- Caring, enthusiastic, and reliable
- Good understanding of safeguarding and child development
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
