As an Early Years Practitioner, you'll create a warm, stimulating space for children aged 2-5 to grow, explore and develop their curiosity. You'll plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS, support children's personal and educational growth, and build strong, trusting relationships with families. Teamwork, creativity and a caring nature are at the heart of this role.

This is a friendly, community-focused early years setting where children are encouraged to learn through play in a safe, nurturing environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Plan, deliver and evaluate activities following the EYFS framework
  • Build strong, supportive relationships with children and their families
  • Observe and record each child's progress and development
  • Maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
About You:
  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (or working towards)
  • Genuine enthusiasm for supporting children's early learning and development
  • Good organisational and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of child development and the EYFS
