Simply Education are currently looking for an experienced and adaptable PPA Teacher to work full-time within a primary school.
This role would suit a teacher who enjoys working across different year groups and is confident stepping into classrooms, delivering pre-planned lessons and maintaining high standards of behaviour and learning.
The successful candidate will need to be flexible, resilient and exceptionally confident with behaviour management, as they will be working across different classes and age groups.
We are looking for a PPA Teacher who:
- Has strong primary teaching experience
- Is confident teaching across multiple year groups
- Has excellent behaviour management skills
- Can establish authority and positive relationships quickly
- Is adaptable and able to respond to different classroom environments
- Can follow planning effectively while still making lessons engaging
- Is organised, reliable and professional
- Has high expectations of pupil behaviour and learning
- Can confidently manage challenging behaviour and maintain a calm classroom
- Is comfortable working with different staff teams and pupil groups
This is an ideal role for a confident primary teacher who enjoys variety and is looking for a full-time position.
