Simply Education is currently working in partnership with a number of secondary schools across Greater Manchester to recruit reliable and confident Cover Supervisors. These roles are ideal for individuals with experience working with young people who are looking for flexible work in education, whether you are gaining classroom experience or seeking a long-term opportunity within a school setting.
The Role
- Supervise classes during the short-term absence of the class teacher
- Deliver pre-set work and ensure students remain on task
- Maintain a positive and well-managed classroom environment
- Follow school policies, behaviour systems, and safeguarding procedures
- Adapt confidently to different schools and year groups
