Are you a confident and adaptable Cover Supervisor looking for flexible opportunities across secondary schools in Medway?
I'm currently building my network of Cover Supervisors for day-to-day supply, short-term cover and ongoing opportunities across Medway and the surrounding areas.

About You
- Previous experience working with secondary-aged students
- QTS or other teaching qualifications preferred
- School or classroom experience is highly desirable
- Confidence supervising classes across KS3-KS5
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Ability to confidently deliver pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects
- Experience supporting SEN/additional learning needs is advantageous
- A calm, confident and adaptable approach
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
About the Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you'll provide classroom cover during teacher absence, ensuring students remain engaged and learning continues effectively.
You'll typically be responsible for delivering pre-prepared work, managing classroom behaviour, supporting students with tasks and maintaining a positive learning environment.
