Simply Education is working in partnership with a supportive and inclusive school in Northamptonshire to recruit a dedicated Inclusion Support Practitioner for a full-time, permanent position. The Role:

  • Full-time, permanent Inclusion Support Practitioner position
  • Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including SEND and SEMH
  • Providing 1:1 and small group support to help remove barriers to learning
  • Delivering targeted interventions focused on emotional regulation, literacy, and engagement
  • Working closely with class teachers and the SENDCo to adapt learning and provision
  • Supporting behaviour, wellbeing, and inclusion across the school day
