The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you'll play an important part in creating a positive and engaging learning environment. You'll work alongside class teachers to support pupils with their learning, encourage confidence, and help every child reach their potential.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Supporting teaching and learning in EYFS, KS1, or KS2 classrooms.
- Working with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning.
- Encouraging children's confidence, independence, and participation.
- Helping to create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Assisting with classroom preparation and daily activities.
- Supporting pupils with a range of learning needs where required.
What We are Looking For
Educators who:
- Have experience working with children in a school or educational setting.
- Hold a Level 1, Level 2, or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential).
- Have a caring, patient, and positive approach.
- Communicate well and enjoy working as part of a team.
- Are reliable, adaptable, and enthusiastic about supporting young learners.
