About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant in this new SEMH provision, you will play a vital role in supporting students with diverse needs. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with classroom activities and educational programs.
- Providing one-on-one support to students to help them achieve their learning goals.
- Managing and supporting challenging behaviour in a calm and effective manner.
