Simply Education are looking to recruit a part time Secondary School Teacher to work in a Secondary School on the outskirts of Lincoln for the remainder of the academic year, starting as soon as possible. This post will be 3 days per week (days to be confirmed) with the teacher working across the school completing general cover.
The Teacher will need to be flexible and adaptive to working across the school in a range of subjects and have excellent classroom management skills. This would be an excellent opportunity for a teacher who is looking for regular work in a friendly school.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Be able to adapt teaching style to engage different learners
- Be confident managing classroom behaviour and building rapport with teenagers
- Have excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with staff
- Be passionate about making a difference as a teacher
