We are working with a welcoming school on the outskirts of Lincoln seeking a dedicated HLTA to join their team from September. This role is for a period of 1 year with a possibility of renewal. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled HLTA looking for consistent morning work, with the chance to make an impact across a variety of year groups while covering classes.
The Role:
- Delivering pre-planned lessons to whole classes across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
- Covering classes during teacher absence, PPA time, and meetings
- Supporting pupils' learning, engagement, and classroom behaviour
- Working closely with teaching staff to maintain continuity in learning
- Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
What We're Looking For:
- HLTA qualification or relevant classroom experience
- Confident delivering lessons across different year groups
