Level 3 Qualified Childcare Practitioner \\n Location: Cambridge\\n Employer: Simply Education\\n Contract Type: Full-time / Permanent\\n\\nSimply Education is currently recruiting for a Level 3 Qualified Childcare Practitioner to join a warm and welcoming Nursery based in Cambridge. We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual who is passionate about supporting young children's early development and learning.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\nProvide high-quality care and education for children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).\\n\\nPlan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities.\\n\\nMaintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment.\\n\\nWork collaboratively with parents, carers, and colleagues to support each child's individual needs.\\n\\nObserve, assess, and record children's progress.\\n\\nRequirements:\\n\\nLevel 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent (e.g. NVQ, CACHE, or Diploma).\\n\\nPrevious experience working in a nursery or early years setting.\\n\\nExcellent understanding of the EYFS framework.\\n\\nStrong communication and teamwork skills.\\n\\nA genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.\\n\\nSkills and Attributes:\\n\\nWarm, caring, and patient nature.\\n\\nStrong organisational skills and attention to detail.\\n\\nAbility to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.\\n\\nCreative and adaptable approach to learning and play.\\n\\nCommitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.\\n\\nSafeguarding Statement:\\n\\nSimply Education is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
