Simply Education is working with a welcoming nursery in central Lincoln who are looking for a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their team from September.

This role is available 4 or 5 days per week, with shifts falling between 7:00am and 6:00pm.

You can either join on a long-term basis with the opportunity to become permanent, or be considered for a permanent position.

The Role

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will

  • Provide high-quality care and support to children within the nursery setting.
  • Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities.
  • Support children's learning, development and wellbeing.
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
  • Follow the EYFS framework and contribute to children's learning journeys.
  • Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment.
  • Observe and record children's progress and development.
  • Work as part of a supportive and dedicated nursery team.

We Are Looking for Someone Who

  • Holds a recognised Level 3 Early Years/Nursery qualification.
  • Has experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
  • Has a caring, patient and enthusiastic approach.
  • Has a good understanding of the EYFS framework.
  • Is reliable, professional and able to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Is available to work 4 or 5 days per week, with shifts between 7am and 6pm.
