About the Role: We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Level 2 Teaching Assistants to support pupils of all ages. You will work closely with teachers to assist in creating a positive, engaging, and safe learning environment for our pupils who have a range of complex needs. Key Responsibilities: * Provide support to pupils with complex needs and challenging behaviours, including those with autism. * Assist in delivering educational programmes and activities tailored to individual needs. * Engage with pupils in both one-on-one and group settings. * Communicate effectively with parents/carers through home/school communication. * Contribute to a positive and nurturing learning environment.
