We are currently seeking a dedicated Level 2 Early Years Practitioner to join one of our partner nurseries in Kettering. The role is a full time position, starting as soon as possible and lasting until the end of the academic year in the first instance.
What You\’ll Do:
Support daily routines including meals, activities, and outdoor play
Contribute to planning and implementing a creative curriculum
Observe and assess children\’s development and learning
Maintain a clean, safe and stimulating learning environment
Work collaboratively with parents and carers
Ideal Candidate:
Holds a Level 2 Early Years qualification (essential)
Reliable, flexible and passionate about childcare
Good communication xiskglj and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
