Are you passionate about supporting children and making a difference in education? We are currently recruiting dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work across a range of primary, secondary and SEN schools in Barnet from September 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced LSAs, Teaching Assistants, graduates, youth workers or individuals looking to gain valuable classroom experience within supportive school environments.
The Role:
- Supporting students in the classroom on a 1:1 or small group basis
- Assisting pupils with SEN, behavioural or additional learning needs
- Supporting teachers with classroom activities and student engagement
- Encouraging student confidence, independence and progress
- Opportunities available in mainstream and specialist SEN settings
