We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and compassionate Inclusion Teacher to join a supportive secondary school. This rewarding role involves working closely with students who require additional support to help them engage positively with education and achieve their full potential.

The successful candidate will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Have experience supporting students with additional needs, behavioural challenges, or SEND
  • Be skilled in creating inclusive and engaging learning environments
  • Demonstrate strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills
  • Work effectively with pastoral teams, SEN staff, and external agencies
  • Be committed to promoting student wellbeing, progress, and inclusion

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering tailored lessons and interventions to support student engagement
  • Supporting students both inside and outside the classroom
  • Developing individual support strategies to meet student needs
  • Monitoring progress and contributing to support plans and reviews
  • Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional development
