Are you an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking for your next opportunity in a secondary school?

The Role
- Delivering pre-planned lessons and learning activities
- Supporting students individually or in small groups
- Covering lessons when required
- Supporting students with their academic and personal development
- Working alongside teachers and school leadership
- Helping to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Supporting students with different learning needs
- Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement
About You
- Have previous experience working as an HLTA
- Ideally have experience within a secondary school environment
- Have strong classroom management skills
- Are confident delivering lessons and supporting learning
- Can build positive relationships with students
- Are reliable, professional and enthusiastic
- Have a genuine passion for supporting young people
- Can work effectively as part of a wider school team
- SEND experience would also be highly desirable, particularly for candidates interested in supporting students with additional needs.
