Are you passionate about helping young people overcome barriers, build confidence and achieve their potential?
Are you looking for a rewarding role where every day brings purpose, challenge and the opportunity to make a genuine difference?
We are looking for caring, enthusiastic and resilient Teaching Assistants to join a welcoming and supportive team within an independent special needs day school.
Our students are aged KS3, KS4 and KS5 and have a range of Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Autism Spectrum Disorder and other complex needs.
Many have experienced significantly disrupted educational journeys and need adults who will believe in them, champion their strengths and help them succeed.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will be much more than a classroom support.
You will be a mentor, motivator, role model and trusted adult, helping young people develop confidence, independence, resilience and the skills they need for their future.
