This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, or someone looking to build a career in education. You'll play a vital role in supporting pupils both inside and outside the classroom, helping them develop confidence, independence, and a love for learning.
The Role
- Support pupils with their learning on a one-to-one basis and in small groups
- Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities
- Help create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
- Encourage pupil participation, confidence, and independence
- Support pupils with varying learning needs and abilities
- Contribute to the overall wellbeing and development of children within the school
Requirements
- Previous experience working with children in a school setting is desirable
- CACHE Level 2 or Level 3 qualification is beneficial but not essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
