A reputable SEN secondary school in Gillingham, Kent, are seeking an experienced, full time SEN Teacher to join their KS3 classroom.

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in SEN
- Strong classroom management and communication skills, with the confidence to manage challenging behaviour effectively, whilst maintaining positive relationships with students
- Compassionate, calm, and resilient, with a genuine passion for supporting vulnerable learners and helping them achieve positive outcomes
- Support pupils with SEN needs, behavioural challenges and additional learning difficulties.
