Simply Education is looking for Exam Invigilators based in Northamptonshire to assist with setting up the exams beforehand and supervising during the exams.
Your Responsibilities:
- Supervising during the exams and ensuring all rules and regulations are adhered to
- Setting up the room beforehand and ensuring the materials are set up correctly
- Ensure all seating arrangements are set up in line with the exam requirements
- Distribute the papers beforehand and collect them all in after and providing any material during the exams
- Follow compliance with exam regulations
- Report any necessary incidents to the lead and any staff that would need to be made aware
- Assist with the packing up of the exams
Requirements:
- Experience as an exam invigilator ideally in a school setting
- Understanding of the policies and procedures
- Excellent communication skills
- DBS check
- Previous experience in working in an educational setting
