About the Role
Working closely with the Premises & Compliance Manager, you’ll help ensure our sites remain safe, compliant, and operating efficiently. From planned maintenance and repairs to health and safety compliance and site improvements, you’ll play a key role in maintaining high‑quality facilities for staff and students.
Your Responsibilities
- Carry out reactive and planned maintenance across multiple sites
- Perform building repairs, refurbishments, and grounds maintenance
- Support health and safety compliance, including fire alarm testing and legionella management
- Record maintenance and compliance activities using our CAFM system
- Assist with site development projects and facility improvements
- Help maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who is practical, reliable, and takes ownership of their work.
- Experience in general building maintenance, facilities, or site management
- Skills in electrics, plumbing, construction, or a related trade
- Good understanding of Health & Safety regulations
- Experience carrying out repairs and preventative maintenance
