Simply Education is working in partnership with a supportive primary school in Northamptonshire to recruit an Early Career Teacher (ECT) for a permanent teaching position. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated ECT to begin their teaching career within a nurturing school environment that offers excellent mentoring, support, and professional development.
The Role:
- Full-time, permanent teaching position
- Teaching within KS1 or KS2
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons
- Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Monitoring and assessing pupil progress
- Building strong relationships with pupils, colleagues, and families
The Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or completing a recognised ITT programme
- Strong understanding of the primary curriculum
- Passion for teaching and learning
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
