The successful Teaching Assistant will work closely with the class teacher to help pupils achieve their full potential while creating a positive and engaging learning environment.
The RoleAs a Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support the class teacher with daily classroom activities.
- Work with individual pupils and small groups.
- Encourage children's academic, social and emotional development.
- Help prepare learning resources and classroom displays.
- Promote positive behaviour throughout the school day.
- Assist with safeguarding and pupil wellbeing.
