Simply Education is working with a number of secondary schools across Cambridge that are looking for confident and reliable Cover Supervisors to join them from September.
- What you'll be doing
- Delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
- Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment
- Supporting students to stay focused and engaged
- Providing feedback to teaching staff following each lesson
- Becoming a familiar face in welcoming local secondary schools
- We're looking for people who have
- Experience working with children or young people
- Confidence leading groups and communicating clearly
- Strong behaviour management and organisational skills
- A calm, resilient and positive attitude
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable but not essential
