Simply Education is currently recruiting for experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to work in schools we support across Chesham and High Wycombe.
We are particularly interested in candidates who have strong experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEND) and are passionate about making a positive difference in their education and development.

About You
- Have previous experience working as an HLTA
- Have experience supporting children with SEND/Special Educational Needs
- Be confident supporting pupils both individually and in small groups
- Be patient, caring and enthusiastic
- Have excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Be confident working alongside teachers and other school staff
- Be committed to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
