  • Monitor pupil progress and adapt teaching strategies to maximise achievement.
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues.
  • Promote pupils' confidence, independence and emotional wellbeing.

What We're Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
  • Experience teaching within a primary school or SEN setting.
  • Previous experience working with children with Special Educational Needs is desirable.
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
  • A patient, adaptable and compassionate approach to teaching.
  • An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or a willingness to obtain one.
  • The ability to provide suitable references covering recent employment.
