Simply Education is working with a welcoming early years setting that is looking to appoint a dedicated Nursery Practitioner for an immediate start. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a nurturing environment where you'll play an important role in supporting young children's learning, development and wellbeing during their early years.
The Role
- Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences for children aged 0-5.
- Plan and support engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Foster a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
- Observe, assess and record children's progress where appropriate.
- Support children's personal, social and emotional development through play-based learning.
What We're Looking For
- A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare.
- Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
- A sound understanding of the EYFS framework.
- A warm, caring and proactive approach to supporting young children.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or a willingness to obtain one before starting.
- A genuine passion for early years education and helping children reach their full potential.
