Simply Education is looking for friendly, dependable and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work in primary schools in Bourne and nearby areas.

What you'll do:
- Assist teachers with lessons and classroom activities.
- Support pupils individually and in small groups.
- Encourage positive behaviour and social development.
- Help maintain a welcoming and inclusive classroom.
- Support children with additional learning needs where appropriate.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience working with children is beneficial.
- A patient, calm and encouraging manner.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- A willingness to work as part of a school team.
