What We're Looking For? Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is essential. Holds a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential with suitable experience). A patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
