Simply Education are recruiting a Behaviour Mentor to work in a Pupil Referral Unit in Longsight. This role involves mentoring pupils who require additional support to manage behaviour, develop emotional resilience, and re-engage with education.
Key Duties:
- Build positive, consistent relationships with pupils.
- Deliver structured mentoring sessions focused on behaviour and wellbeing.
- Support classroom activities and implement Team Teach strategies effectively.
- Help pupils develop coping mechanisms and self-regulation skills.
Requirements:
- Team Teach qualification (essential).
