1:1 Teaching Assistant Needed - Immediate Start

Simply Education is seeking a patient, compassionate, and skilled 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to provide dedicated support to a KS2 student with special educational needs (SEN). This is a crucial role that will significantly impact the student\'s academic and personal development.

The Role:

As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with a KS2 learner who may display challenging behaviours. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Providing one-on-one academic support to keep the student focused and engaged.
  2. Implementing strategies to manage and de-escalate challenging behaviours, fostering a positive learning environment.
  3. Adapting learning materials and activities to meet the student\'s individual needs and learning style.

Requirements:
