Simply Covered is a growing life insurance brokerage looking for confident and friendly individuals to join our team as Lead Generators / Appointment Setters. This role involves speaking with customers who have already shown an interest in reviewing their insurance arrangements and arranging appointments for our Financial Advisers. Where an adviser is available, you may also transfer customers directly. This is not a sales role. You will not be providing advice or selling products.
What You'll Be Doing as a Lead Generator:
- Contacting customers by telephone
- Building rapport and identifying opportunities
- Booking appointments for Financial Advisers
- Transferring suitable customers to available advisers
- Updating customer records within our CRM system
- Working towards quality and activity targets
What We're Looking For in a Lead Generator:
- Excellent communication skills
- Friendly and professional telephone manner
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Good computer skills
- Previous customer service, telesales or appointment setting experience is desirable but not essential
