- Manage and maintain Simply's digital presence, including the website, social media channels, and email communications, ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and up-to-date.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to support client and agent engagement and communications, including tailored campaigns and collateral.
- Work with the People team to plan and deliver recruitment marketing campaigns that position Simply as an employer of choice.
- Lead internal communications to help align teams, reinforce company values, and ensure staff feel informed, engaged, and connected.
- Develop marketing materials and tools to support agent training and development in partnership with the Sales team.
- Oversee brand management, ensuring consistency of messaging, tone, and visual identity across all channels and materials.
- Coordinate and manage award submissions, PR opportunities, and thought leadership content to raise the profile of Simply within the industry.
- Act as a point of contact for external suppliers and partners, including agencies and media contacts, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and best practice in marketing and communications to continuously improve our approach.
- Ensure all marketing activity is inclusive and reflective of the diversity of our clients, agents, communities, and colleagues.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
- Proven experience in a marketing management role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Proven ability to design and edit marketing visuals using design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) to produce on-brand marketing materials.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with digital marketing channels including social media, email marketing, and website management.
- Knowledge of the Conveyancing/Property industry is a plus.
