Role Purpose
You are the operational "right hand" to the Sales Management Team. This role is a unique blend of Executive Support and Dynamic Training. You will own the reporting that keeps the sales team on track, manage the administrative backbone of our partnerships, and lead the charge in training estate agents to ensure they are confident and motivated to refer business to Simply.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Sales Team Executive Support
- Reporting Powerhouse: Own and maintain the sales reports to ensure the team is consistently hitting targets and identifies any performance gaps with urgency.
- Diary & Meeting Management: Manage the schedule of key Sales Meetings, ensuring meetings are organised, documents are prepared, and follow-up actions are tracked.
- Agreement Coordination: Manage and assist with agent referral agreements, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and up to date for our partners.
- Field Team Admin Support: Provide high-level support to the field sales team, helping with agent queries and ensuring they have the data they need to perform.
- Sales & Marketing Liaison: Act as a central point of support for both the Sales and Marketing managers to help execute team-wide initiatives.
- Training & Onboarding
- Expert Delivery: Lead the training and onboarding for new estate agents, making them feel valued and ready to refer.
- Hybrid Training: Deliver high-energy sessions over Microsoft Teams and travel for face-to-face appointments when a personal touch is required.
- Product Confidence: Ensure agents have a detailed understanding of Simply’s systems and products so they can refer buyers and sellers with ease.
- Post-Training Review: Monitor the volume and quality of new leads for a period post-training to ensure the "launch" of a new partners are successful.
- Commercial Support & Intelligence
- Quality Control: Conduct call listening on agent referrals to ensure we are receiving high quality leads.
- Competitor Tracking: Keep a pulse on the industry by recording competitor information and sharing insights with the wider team monthly.
- Feedback Loop: Actively gather feedback from partners to help the business continuously improve the service we provide.
Experience & Skills Required
- Support Background: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Sales Coordinator, or Office Manager—ideally within a fast-paced sales environment.
- Communication: Highly confident in-person and digital presentation skills; you must be able to influence and engage people at all levels.
- Organisation: A methodical approach to work with the ability to manage multiple reports, diaries, and training schedules simultaneously.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Suite.
