We’re looking for passionate conveyancers, legal executives and solicitors with leasehold experience to join our team of property experts who are committed to quality, service and continuous improvement.
- What We Need From You
- Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or highly experienced in residential conveyancing
- Proven experience handling leasehold conveyancing matters
- Good working knowledge of Land Registry processes and title documentation
- Strong client care skills – we strive to communicate complex legal information clearly
- Ability to manage and prioritise a caseload and meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and a risk-aware approach to work
- Competent user of Microsoft Office and case management systems
