We’re looking for skilled, client-focused Property Lawyer to join our team. Whether you’re experienced in residential/property work — if you love delivering clear, practical advice and getting deals over the line, we want to hear from you!

What you’ll do:

  • Manage a varied caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Draft and review contracts, deeds and other legal documents, providing clear, practical advice to clients throughout the transaction
  • Coordinate effectively with clients, estate agents, lenders, local authorities and other stakeholders to ensure matters progress smoothly and efficiently
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant legislation, regulatory requirements and best practice
