Advocacy First, a small successful and highly regarded health charity based in Bromley, is looking for a new trustee. Advocacy First is funded to work in local hospitals, supporting patients and helping to get them out of hospital in line with their wishes. Our role is to ensure that the patient’s voice and wishes are heard, their issues resolved, and needs met, so that they can be discharged to where they want after their treatment. Advocacy First has served people in Bromley for over 35 years.
We are a hands-on board and are looking for someone who will get involved in projects as well as contributing to quarterly meetings. Our ideal trustee will have experience and expertise in IT. Beyond attending meetings, your role will include maximising the use of our website and Facebook as well as other IT projects.
We are looking for someone with good IT skills and general management ability.
