In this role you will
- Represent the clients and be responsible for satisfaction, retention of the clients in your portfolio and all aspects of growth within these accounts, identifying and then delivering upon opportunities.
- Work with resource from around the company to ensure you have long-lasting and productive partnerships with the clients.
- Build upon the relationships to strengthen them, be the go-to person internally and ensure there is an constant flow of communication.
- Proven experience in an Account Management role.
- Experience within a similar SI or digital agency environment, looking after a portfolio of clients.
- Ability to deliver client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
- Clear and effective communication on all levels, both spoken and written.
- Deep digital understanding and e Commerce knowledge with an enterprise platform, SAP Commerce Cloud, SFCC, Adobe Commerce, IBM Web Sphere, Shopify.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve quality results with critical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Highly personable and collaborative, who likes to lead by example.
