Role Overview: Join our Customer Experience Team to rethink insurance for entrepreneurs and small‑business owners in the UK and US. This role moves beyond conducting research. You will architect research, lead strategic work for the US market, and own an AI‑powered toolkit that powers our insights.
Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic research for the US market, tackling high‑priority business challenges across the full customer lifecycle.
- Build, own, and maintain our research AI‑powered toolkit to multiply team impact.
- Forge strategic partnerships across the organization, aligning research with digital product, marketing and commercial functions.
- Identify opportunities by triangulating qualitative nuance with quantitative scale and market trends.
- Architect compelling narratives that "hook" collaborators and stakeholders alike and drive action.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of hands‑on experience conducting impactful user research.
- Expert at right‑sizing research, from 48‑hour AI‑accelerated pulse checks to multi‑week deep dives.
- Commercially minded, with a deep understanding of influencing company roadmaps and OKRs.
- AI‑native in workflow, using it daily to increase both quality and speed of output.
- Master storyteller who can transform complex data into memorable, actionable narratives.
- Self‑starter who takes full accountability for results and enjoys challenging the status quo.
