Here’s what you’ll be doing:
In this hands-on, decision-making role, you’ll be building and running products sold digitally.
Reporting into our Head of Insurance Products, you’ll be setting and delivering the long term market strategy and budget targets for ancillary products, for SME and Landlord customers, striving to offer the no.1 customer proposition in the market.
As one of our Senior Insurance Product Managers, you’ll:
- ensure that all products offer customer value, in line with Consumer Duty obligations
- work with teams across the business to improve our existing products, launch new products, and improve how these products are offered, to both new and existing customers
- lead product and customer analysis, to inform change and deliver continuous improvement, in support of in year trading performance and LRP ambitions
- explore customer problems and appraise opportunities, to drive great customer and commercial outcomes
We’re looking for someone who is:
- able to influence direction, decisions, and execution across the wider business
- responsive and demonstrates ownership, a bias to action, and commitment
- experienced in insurance product management and cares about customers
- comfortable using data and analytics to inform decisions that drive product and process improvements
- capable in making trade-off calls to prioritise, from ideation to live, with key measures of success
