Overview
Work closely with cross-functional development teams to build, test and maximise the value of a suite of models ranging from LLMs to propensity, classification and regression models.
Contribute to end-to-end development and deployment of ML and AI models.
Work in a high-pace, agile environment that encourages autonomy and growth.
Responsibilities
- Research, advise, build, deploy and test models from day one.
- Bridge the data science and MLOps teams to promote understanding and deployment best practices.
- Hands-on ownership of large projects and everyday modelling tasks with large, event-based data sets.
- Contribute to shaping our AI strategy and leverage Gen AI for real value where applicable.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist / ML Engineer, working on classic ML and data science problems as well as Generative AI.
- Created multiple data science products.
- Proven aptitude with experimentation tools – MLflow / DBX for A/B testing.
- Proven deployment experience with realtime capabilities.
- Extensive experience with Databricks / AWS / GCP for deployment.
- Strong Python experience.
