Overview

In this Reward Manager role, you will own compensation and recognition as a strategic partner across UK and US markets. You’ll shape pay frameworks, benchmarking, and job architecture while driving fairness through gender pay gap reporting and equity programs. You’ll collaborate with Finance and HR to forecast spend and ensure regulatory compliance, all within a people-first, data-driven culture. This is a hands-on, varied position that influences culture and talent strategy through modern rewards practices.

Responsibilities

  • Design, execute, and analyze annual salary surveys and market benchmarking to keep pay structures competitive
  • Implement and evolve job architecture, grading systems, and salary bands
  • Lead gender pay gap reporting and internal equity audits
  • Oversee annual salary review and bonus cycles with clear frameworks and data tools
  • Partner with Finance to forecast total compensation spend and ensure UK/US compliance
  • Support design and calculation of bonus schemes and LTIP/equity administration
  • Contribute to benefits, wellbeing, and recognition projects as workload allows

Key requirements

  • Experience in compensation and benefits, reward management, or HR data analytics
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms such as Workday and Dayforce and benchmarking software
  • Advanced data analytics using Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)
  • Knowledge of employment law, tax implications of benefits, and cross-border compliance (UK/US)
  • Strong communication skills capable of translating financial/data concepts for stakeholders
  • Honesty, discretion, and willingness to challenge status quo to advance fair reward practices
