Simply Business, a technology-driven insurance provider, seeks a Head of Operational Excellence & Support for a 12‑month maternity cover within its UK contact centre. You will lead frameworks for operational excellence, quality assurance, and onboarding while ensuring optimal staffing levels and roadmaps for commercial success.
