Overview
In this Finance Business Partner role for Shared Services, you will shape the financial strategy across Tech, Engineering, Data and Digital Product, driving budgeting, forecasting and MI automation. You partner with executive leaders to optimize investments and cost bases, leading month-end and reporting with modern BI/EPM tools. You will build business cases for tech initiatives and CAPEX, align global finance partners, and support shared services delivery. This role powers our tech-led fintech scale and transformation, offering impact across global entities.

Responsibilities
- Own month-end closing, budgeting, forecasting and cost base performance for global Shared Services cost centres.
- Lead production and automation of key management information (MI) and financial reporting using modern BI and EPM tools.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting and automation of financial insights influencing executive decision-making.
- Build robust business cases for complex tech initiatives, capital development (CAPDEV) and supplier spend.
- Partner with executive management to drive long-range Shared Services investment strategy and align short-term choices.
- Oversee inter-company transfer pricing processes
- Align global finance partners to ensure unified support for Shared Services deliverables
Key requirements
- Qualified accountant with 5+ years PQE in FP&A or business partnering
- Data savvy with ability to convert high-volume financial data into actionable executive insights
- Experience with finance transformation and implementing or transitioning to BI and EPM tools
- Excellent communicator capable of challenging senior leadership and influencing outcomes
- Self-starter who thrives autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Experience presenting clear financial analysis to senior stakeholders and parent company teams
